"I stopped at this office a couple of weeks ago to change my agent. They had a sign me one that was somewhere I've never been before I didn't care to go there. The young lady Brie, that assisted me was very helpful and she offered to assist me further with my needs. Today I was there to follow up and she offered me a cup of coffee which I had not had yet.
