"I've now been with this State Farm office for a year and I'm very happy that I chose them. I find the staff to be professional, efficient yet very friendly and very personable. They never make me feel rushed or as though they're trying to get me off the phone they take their time and explain everything. And oh by the way they offered me the best rates, I am in the drive save program and it really does make a difference in your monthly premium. With other companies I would just get a new statement in the mail with higher premium but Brianna surprised me by calling and telling me my premium would be going down! Thank you Brianna for excellent customer service!"
